What is it

Adobe Firefly is a suite of generative AI models integrated across Adobe Creative Cloud. It generates images, video clips, audio, vectors, patterns, and templates from text prompts and reference inputs. Every output carries C2PA Content Credentials metadata for transparency. Firefly is positioned as the only major generative AI platform trained exclusively on licensed, openly licensed, and public domain content, offering IP indemnification for paid and enterprise users.

What it can do

Users can generate images up to 2K resolution, create and edit video up to 4K/60fps, produce sound effects and AI speech, generate editable SVG vectors and seamless patterns, and expand or fill image boundaries contextually. Structure Reference and Style Reference let creators control composition and aesthetics with uploaded images. Custom Models (Beta) allow training on 10–30 brand images for on-brand outputs. Firefly Foundry provides enterprise-scale model training across images, video, audio, vectors, and 3D. Partner models from Google, OpenAI, and others are also available within the Firefly interface.
