• OAuth data: if you sign in or link your account via Google or GitHub, we receive your provider ID, email, and profile information from that service.
• Activity data: tools you favorite, vote on, rate, review, or add to collections; comments and replies you post in discussions.
• Technical data: browser type, IP address (used for rate limiting and security), and cookies necessary for authentication and preferences.

• To provide and maintain your account and the services you use.
• To personalize your experience (e.g., saved favorites, collections, and discussion history).
• To communicate with you about account-related matters or security alerts.
• To analyze usage trends and improve the platform.

We use cookies to keep you signed in (via an httpOnly auth token), remember your theme preference, and store temporary UI state. You can disable cookies in your browser, but some features may not work correctly.

Your data is stored in a secure SQLite database. Passwords are hashed using bcrypt. Authentication tokens are signed with JWT and stored in httpOnly cookies. We take reasonable measures to protect your data, but no system is completely secure.

• Delete your account, which permanently removes your profile data, favorites, votes, ratings, and comments.
• Request an export of your data by contacting us.

AI Hunter is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
